Learn Mindful Eating For When You Just Want Easy Weight Loss – No Diet, Exercise, Pills Or Potions
I hear you loud and clear you want to find a method for easy weight loss – no diet, no exercise and no crazy “quick fix” promises. Well there are a number of great ways you can achieve easy weight loss and one of the best and most effective is learning to become a mindful eater.
Mindful eating has a ton of benefits for the person who wants to lose weight. First it will slow you down when you eat which naturally allows you to feel satisfied sooner and on less food and it also makes you more aware of what foods you like so you can make better eating decisions and avoid unwanted calories.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Eat with all 5 of your senses. The next meal or snack you have can be your training. Simply stop before you eat long enough to look at your food and note its color and any other distinguishing characteristics. Then take a sniff and note its aroma, now you can take a bite but pay attention to how it sounds when you chomp down and also how it feels as it moves between your teeth and tongue and lastly notice how it tastes.
2. When you are eating with all of your senses make sure there are no distractions to take away your attention. Turn off the computer, radio and TV and just eat.
3. Make sure every bit of food is out of your mouth before taking another bite. In other words swallow your entire mouthful and then continue to eat.
Mindful eating is a simple yet highly effective skill that you can learn in an instant and use when you just want easy weight loss – no formal weight loss program required.
